Returns
At GrowingSelection, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, our return policy allows you to return the item within 30 days of purchase. Please review the details below to understand our return and exchange process.
General Return Policy
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Eligible Locations: United States only.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.
Products that Arrive Defective
If your product arrives defective, you are eligible for a free return. We will either provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Customer Remorse Returns
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects, return shipping costs will be charged to you.

- Restocking Fee: No costs
- Refund Processing Time: 3 days after receipt of the returned item
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges. Please email us at support@GrowingSelection.com to initiate an exchange.
Shipping
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and all parts and components. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
- Exchange Shipping Times: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
